First Post...

So, hi if you are actually reading this. As the blog name suggest, this is a blog about the typical boring me. I don't have much to talk about so perhaps I will just blog about my life or anything I feel like I want to say.

There's something I've been wanting to talk about since university has started but I was too lazy to actually start a blog. Now, I've done it, maybe I'll start by telling what I feel so far after 2 weeks of school. 

I studied at a community college last year and worked hard to finally got into an university. This isn't my first choice I didn't really like this school at first. However, after 2 weeks of school and meeting people through various orientation camp, I definitely like this school a lot more. Now, I even feel like maybe this school is better than the prestigious college that I wanted to attend in first place. There's definitely less competition around this school and I think I would be happier learning under this environment.

There's still one thing that concerns me though. That is people in this school are really smart even this is not the best university around in the place I'm living. I really want to do well at university. Even though I did studied at a community college before, this is much more different than I thought it would be. There's so much readings to read. There's always readings to read. I realised if I get lazy once then I'll have to find time reread the readings of that lesson plus catch up with a new one. It's really challenging especially when I sucked at time management. I really have to stop procrastinating!!!

Also, I signed up for a class called ''Modern and Contemporary Fiction''. I am Chinese and I haven't studied literature in my whole life before. I really wanted to challenge myself and it seemed interesting back when I was registering for the class. But many of my classmates seems really good at it and the whole subject didn't seem fun when you have to catch up... Anyway, it's still an interesting class and the teacher is pretty cool. I just have to work harder!

That's it, I guess. I'll probably find time to decorate this site some other day:)
